Guardians of the Galaxy Character Features

A few fun follow-up videos from Marvel studios with (varying) insights into the different characters and roles.

#1 – Star Lord

Possibly the least interesting character video. Doesn’t do much except re-use trailer footage.

#2 – Gamora

Also a bit thin, the Gamora introduction doesn’t give away much.

#3 – Groot

This is getting a bit better, giving Vin Diesel a bit more show-time than the other character features above gave the actors.

#4 – Drax the Destroyer

Pretty cool, as Dave Bautista seems to be the most genuinely excited here. It’s a role build on sheer physicality (so it makes sense to bring an ex-Wrestler, I suppose).

Still, his excitement comes across well.

#5 – Rocket Racoon

Well, this one stands out for giving away something that wasn’t in the trailer: A tiny snippet of Rocket (that is, Bradly Cooper) speaking! A preview of what he’ll be like in the movies.
