A First Look at the New Warhammer 40K 7th Edition Allies Chart

allies chart

So…

  • Fancy new graphics
  • All Imperial Armies combined into one heading and Battle Brothers (no more Space Wolves keeping a distance to Dark Angels).
  • Imperium and Tau are Desperate Allies
  • Tau and Eldar are Allies of Convencience (the “end” of TauDar?)
  • Eldar & Dark Eldar, Chaos Marines & Daemons remain Battle Brothers (the only ones, outside the Imperium)

There also appear to be changes to the “Come the Apocalypse”-variety of alliances.

New Allies Matrix Alliances

Overall, I like the cleaned-up look, especially with all the Imperial stuff under one heading, even if it simplifies some things.

Let me know what you think!

There should be a supplement codex on the Lost and Damned. Instead, Traitor Guards should be removed altogether from the fluff, along with Eldar corsair.

      • hellball

why should traitor guard be removed from the fluff? that makes no sense whatsoever
